I have always been drawn to listening to others and helping them process issues and achieve goals. After spending a decade in public education, I noticed that I spent much of my time exploring psycho-education and social emotional guidance with students and parents. This sparked my interest in the field of mental wellness. I specialize in developmental transitions in life with a focus on educators, young adults, parenting, perinatal/postpartum support, and women's issues.I am a trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapists and work using a person centered approach.

It is my goal to partner with clients to focus on creating a growth oriented space with a goal of self-awareness and self-acceptance.  Developing a sense of true self helps us stay centered....even when life gets messy.
